Work in USA

Indian citizens can apply for a US work visa as a nonimmigrant after receiving approval from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Applying for most types of nonimmigrant U.S. work visas requires the employer to file a petition with USCIS and only approved petitions are eligible for the application process.

The visa application should be submitted with the petition approval letter, the completed application form and the specified documents. US work visas are available in different categories depending on the nature of the job.
